Eligibility Requirements- All Applicants must be a resident of the Sylvania school district, be enrolled in the Free and Reduced Lunch Program, and or receive assistance from ODJFS. Participating families will receive a gift card to purchase food and gifts. Please note: Any and all information is subject to verification.
